Ingredients:
1 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 lbs. Ground Pork
1/2 White Onion diced
1 cup crushed up pork rinds
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. Low Carb Ketchup (or any ketchup but this is lower carb)
3 eggs
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add to baking dish and cook on 350 for one hour.
